I do not work directly with insurance companies. I do provide superbills which may allow you to receive partial reimbursement using your out of network benefits from your insurance plan.

I am unable to accept Medicaid/Medicare patients at this time.

All sessions are virtual and conducted through a secure video platform.
I am able to see clients virtually who live anywhere in Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Indiana and Michigan.

50 minute sessions are $250
30 minute sessions are $150.
I accept debit, credit & HSA/FSA cards for payment. Please check with your individual HSA/FSA plan around coverage for services and any potential gaps for eligibility.

I recommend scheduling therapy sessions once a week when starting out. I would not recommend any less than once every other week as this could stall progress.
